Fruit is a good food.
Fruit is very rich in vitamins. Thanks to it, we have good health and we feel younger. The best foods for health are:
- Strambwerries
- Salmon
- apples
- cabbage

- patatoes
- oranges
- Rice
- Kiwi
- Auocates
When you see this, you can see that the fruit is most important, because it appears more than other foods.
My favourite food is strambwerries, because it has a big very good taste and is sweet. The colour influences, because the red colour is very extramated, strong and beautiful.
Strambwerries contain vitamin A, C and K. Benefit are anticancer, antiviral and antivacterial.
I eat strambwerries with cream or with other fruit, for example banana, or orange. I really like fruit.
